What can you tell me about Sarah Uchytil?

I returned from a soul-nourishing vacation in the Northwoods of Wisconsin and Minnesota, where the sound of Lake Superior and quiet mornings walking in nature offered the kind of renewal I didn’t know I was craving. Time spent meditating, unplugging, and simply being was profoundly healing for me. Now I’m back, recharged and ready to greet the second half of 2025 with fresh energy and purpose.
This season is an invitation:
✨ To honor how far you’ve come.
✨ To reconnect with what matters most.
✨ To take bold, aligned steps toward your next chapter.
If you’re feeling the pull to clarify your direction, realign with your strengths, or reimagine the path ahead—you’re not alone. This is the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and re-commit to the life and work you really want.
Here are a few questions to guide your midyear check-in. Give yourself the gift of honest, unhurried reflection:
What are you most proud of accomplishing so far in 2025—and why does it matter to you?
Let your answers reconnect you with your values, effort, and growth.
What challenges have tested you the most—and how have they shaped you?
This is about resilience, not just struggle. Who are you becoming through the hard stuff?
What self-care or supportive habits have been your lifeline?
What do you crave more of to feel grounded, energized, and whole?
Imagine it’s December 31, 2025. You’ve had a deeply fulfilling year.
Who are you now? How do you feel in your mind, body, relationships, and work?
What aligned actions—big or small—do you need to start, stop, or keep doing to become that version of yourself?
This is your roadmap. Start where you are, and take the next right step.
✨ If you’re ready to explore what’s next with support and intention, I’d love to connect.

Let’s make the 2nd half of 2025 one of courageous action and meaningful progress.
With you,
Sarah
One of my favorite rituals on the summer solstice is to wake up and watch the sunrise.
The Summer Solstice marks a sacred moment in the wheel of the year—a time to pause, reflect, and embrace the fullness of life.
On the longest day of the year, the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, standing still for a brief moment before beginning its slow descent. In the Northern Hemisphere, this celestial event takes place on Friday, June 20th beginning at 9:42pm CT, known as the official start of summer.
The solstice is a powerful reminder of the light within and around us. It’s a chance to honor what has blossomed in our lives and set intentions for continued growth and joy in the season ahead.
How will you celebrate the longest day of light this year?
Here are 8 soulful, playful, and intentional ways to welcome the light and step into summer:
Summer is a season of abundance. Take a moment to check in with yourself.
Are my daily habits aligned with the life I want to create?
What can I release that is no longer serving me?
Is there a new habit that I can invite in to support my well-being? If so, what is it?
Welcome the sunrise with quiet presence. Watch the light stretch across the sky, and again in the evening, witness the sunset’s magic.
Consider practicing yoga with Sun Salutations to honor the light within and around you.
Support your local farmers’ market, fill your plate with vibrant seasonal produce, and use your feet or your bike instead of your car. Let nature guide your choices. I recently tried rainbow chard and loved it!
Step away from screens and into presence. Give yourself a digital detox and reconnect with your inner rhythms.
Take a hike, paddle on the lake, go berry picking, lay down on the grass and look up at the clouds in the sky or simply walk barefoot in grass. Allow yourself to feel grounded and connected to the earth.
How can you look at your life from a different perspective?
Bring a journal and a good book outside. Let the sun warm your skin while you tune into your inner voice. Reflect on what has blossomed in your life—and what dreams are still forming.
What abundance do you want to celebrate?
Acts of kindness ripple out. Run an errand for a neighbor, leave flowers on someone’s doorstep, or donate to a cause you love. Let your light brighten someone else’s day.
Close the day in celebration. Invite friends or family to a bonfire, toast to new beginnings, share stories, and honor the shift into summer together.
My wish for you:
May this Summer Solstice be a sacred pause—a moment to feel the warmth of the sun, the abundance of your blessings, and the promise of what’s yet to come.
This Memorial Day weekend, we paused to honor and remember those who are no longer with us.
For me, it brought back memories of beloved friends and family—people I can no longer call, hear, or hug. Their absence is deeply felt… but their legacy still speaks.
When the sadness washes over me and the tears start to come, I hear one voice in my mind—clear and unmistakable:
“Stop crying, Uchytil.
Go live your amazing life.
It’s freaking short.
Make the most of every single day.”
So I’m passing that message on to you:
What can you say YES to this week?
Are you holding yourself back? Telling yourself there are only a few acceptable paths?
Because here’s the truth:
When you limit your choices, you limit your life.
This week, give yourself permission to expand.
✅ Say yes to something new
✅ Stretch beyond your routine
✅ Feel more. Risk more.
✅ Live more—fully, richly, passionately.
You weren’t made to play small.
You’re here to live in the fullness of life.
So, let’s stop sitting on the sidelines.
Let’s start saying yes. 💥
We all know someone…
Someone whose career has stalled.
Someone reeling from a sudden job loss.
Someone who’s been on interview after interview—but still waiting for that “yes.”
Someone about to graduate, eager to land their very first job.
Someone quietly worried about their job and unsure how to start over.
We all know someone…
Who’s feeling stuck. Tired. Frustrated.
Who’s ready for a change—but doesn’t know where to begin.
Who just needs one introduction to shift everything.
I’d love to be introduced to your someone and empower them to change their story.

Happy March Madness! Don’t you love a great three-point play?
This past week, I had the privilege of helping three clients land new jobs—each at different stages of their careers:
✅ One early in her career
✅ One with 10 years of experience
✅ One later in her career
They also came from different industries:
🔹 Marketing
🔹 Finance
🔹 IT Project Management
At first glance, they may seem completely different. But what did they have in common?
They were motivated, driven, and believed in themselves—with a little guidance from me.
✨ They gained clarity in their mindset.
✨ They defined the exact roles they wanted.
✨ They refined their messaging for networking and interviews.
And the result? They all landed the jobs they wanted!
Are you ready to be part of a winning team? Let’s work together to secure your ideal next role. Message me—I’d love to help!
I don’t know about you, but last week was really rough for me.
Between below freezing temperatures, being sequestered inside for 3 days in a row, and the uncertainty of what’s going on in the world, my monkey mind was in full force.
If you haven’t heard the term monkey mind before, let me tell you what it is.
We all have mental chatter and noise in our minds, commonly known as the monkey mind. This phenomenon involves a continuous stream of thoughts that lead us through daydreams, relationship analyses, and future worries, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and perplexed.
One effective approach to manage this chaotic mental state is meditation.
Surprisingly, when you attempt to clear your mind for meditation, you inadvertently give the monkey mind more permission to play. This presents an opportunity to tame this mental chatter by becoming aware of your thoughts.
The subtle shift from thinking a thought to simply being aware of it is crucial. By acknowledging your thoughts without getting entangled in them, you can allow them to pass without being swept in different directions. Cultivating the ability to focus is a key tool in slowing down the thought process and directing attention towards observing thoughts.
To enhance your focus, a helpful starting point is concentrating on your breath during meditation. Whenever the monkey mind becomes restless, acknowledge your thoughts and then redirect your focus to your breath.
Additionally, gazing at a candle can be captivating, aiding in mental control. Maintain a gentle gaze on the flame, noting its color, shape, and movements trying not to blink.
Now, that the temperature is above freezing this week, walking meditation or a nature meditation is another wonderful way to calm your monkey mind. Walking, breathing in the fresh air, focusing on breath to movement is also very calming.
Regardless of the method you choose to calm the monkey mind, approach it with compassion.
Through consistent practice, you can achieve a state of tranquility where the monkey mind grows quiet, and you become calm and still.
Some days are harder to calm your monkey mind than others. Be patient with yourself.

✨ It’s Celebration Friday ✨ Today I am celebrating with my friends Beth and Tom Jacobs at Timber Creek Retreat House. I found Timber Creek in September 2020. I was exhausted. Physically, mentally, emotionally. I felt like I was going to implode if I didn’t get away and take time just for me. I called Timber Creek & Tom answered the phone and I asked to book a room. He kindly told me that they were closed due to Covid & the tone of my voice just dropped. He said “I can hear it in your voice that you need to get away. We are allowing individuals to come if you are healthy & hadn’t been exposed to Covid”
I instantly said YES, I’m healthy when can I come. The next day I found myself driving to Drexel, Missouri. As I drove down the gravel road, I could feel my stress starting to melt away as I saw the gorgeous retreat house. Tom greeted me at the door & gave me a tour and showed me to my room. I stayed in Oak which overlooks the meditation pond.
For 2 blissful days I was nestled in nature. I slowed down. I practiced yoga & meditation. I listened to mother nature’s soundtrack as I walked on the trails. I turned off my phone. I didn’t watch tv. I slept in a very comfy bed.
When I turned off the outside noise, I was really able to listen to what I really wanted. What I really needed in my life. I got peace & clarity. I felt rested, restored & renewed.
This is why I go to Timber Creek. This is why I’ve led 8 weekend retreats at Timber Creek since September 2020.
Today, I would like to invite you to join me at Timber Creek February 7th – 9th for Intention 2025 – Namaste Weekend at Timber Creek.
Give yourself the gift of peace, quiet & clarity. Only 2 rooms available. Please message me to sign up today. Namaste Intention 2025 – Sarah U Coach
