Spring is here. This time of year is a wonderful time to revisit your goals for the year and ask yourself the following questions:
What do I REALLY want to achieve this Spring?
Who will I become once my goals are achieved?
How do I plan to get there?
When I think of the goals in my life I think in 4 key areas:
My Physical Environment
Here are some key questions to ask yourself in each area.
Do I walk or exercise at least 3 times a week?
Do I have any habits which I find unacceptable? (too much caffeine, too much sugar, too much TV time, too much tobacco, too much alcohol)
Am I living within my means?
Do I have a budget which allows me to save money for the future?
Do I have a circle of friends/family who love and appreciate me for who I am, more than just what I do for them?
Am I in tune with my wants and needs and do I have a plan in place to get them taken care of?
The above questions are part of a larger self awareness assessment called the Clean Sweep. Its 100 questions broken out into the above 4 sections of 25 questions each. The Clean Sweep was developed my Master Coaches at Coach University.
