Namaste Light is an extension of the Namaste All Day tribe to continue to spread the Namaste energy in a virtual setting though Annual Goal Setting, Monthly Accountability & Guided Meditation. The purpose of Namaste Light is to gather as likeminded high vibe energy individuals to encourage, inspire and support each other who are striving to live our best lives.
