Start your Saturday morning naturally calm as I lead you through a gentle yoga and meditation practice at Casa Somerset in Paola, Kansas.
Class will begin promptly at 10am. After class, you will be treated to an organic farm to table lunch. Gluten free lunch options will be available.
Following lunch, we will continue with more guided meditations and intention-based life coaching exercises. You will have time to reflect and journal on the veranda, by the pond, or in the garden. The day will conclude at 3pm.
