Surround yourself in nature as you hike through the colorful fall leaves at Weston State Park. You will experience nature meditations including walking and silent meditations. You will learn the benefits of forest bathing. After the hike we will travel to Green Dirt Farms for a private lunch. Your lunch and retreat activities including a surprise Namaste All Day gift are included for $128.
